By using the William Hill BetliveTV service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use and do not intend to be bound by them, you must not use William Hill BetliveTV and should exit the service immediately. Your continued use of the William Hill BetliveTV will mean that you accept these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may change from time to time and you should review this page on a regular basis. If you continue to use William Hill BetliveTV after any such amendments have been made, you will be deemed to accept those amendments. You may access these Terms of Use at any time by accessing the link to them that appears at the bottom the William Hill BetliveTV page.

William Hill reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or change the William Hill BetliveTV service at any time.

Content Which You Access and Use

The William Hill BetliveTV service allows you to receive certain images and video of certain sporting events (“Content”) which belong to third parties and on whose behalf William Hill may provide that Content to you. William Hill is not the owner of, nor is it in any way responsible or liable for, the content of any material that is accessed through William Hill BetliveTV. All rights of ownership in the Content belong to the respective Content owner and William Hill makes no representation or warranty with regard to the Content. Further, William Hill shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions or inaccuracies in the Content, irrespective of the cause or for any delays or interruptions in the delivery of the Content. William Hill is not responsible for any decisions made or action taken by you or any other person based upon the Content or the use of William Hill BetliveTV, including any decisions that you may or may not take to place bet(s) as a result of your access and use of the Content.

Access to the Content is reserved to William Hill account holders only. Currently, such access is available only to William Hill account holders based in the United Kingdom. From January 1st 2008 access to the Content will also be made available to William Hill account holders based outside of the United Kingdom. Such Access made be restricted to certain territories dependant on the Content.

The Content that is available for viewing by account holders is as described in the "Available Events" section of the website from time to time. William Hill reserves the right to vary, suspend, replace or withdraw Content at any time. There is currently no charge for access to the Content, although William Hill reserves the right to impose access conditions on the Content from time to time and to refuse access to the Content at its entire discretion.

Content may only be used for your own personal and non-commercial use and no rights in any such Content are granted to you whatsoever.

Time Delay

Although Content on William Hill BetliveTV is advertised as "live", William Hill BetliveTV is subject to a time delay. The precise length of the time delay varies depending on a number of factors, but you should typically expect a time delay of between 10 and 30 seconds behind the actual event. The time delay may occasionally be significantly longer than this.

Liability

In providing the Content to you, under no circumstances shall William Hill be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any claim, damage, loss or costs in respect of direct loss of profit, direct loss of anticipated savings, indirect loss of profit, indirect loss of anticipated savings, loss of revenue, loss of use of money, loss of opportunity, loss of data or content or loss of or damage to property and/or any wasted expenditure. For the avoidance of doubt the losses as listed in this clause are intended to be distinct. Nothing shall however limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be dealt with by the English courts.
