How To Open An Account :
Creating Your Account :
To begin betting with us you need to open an account. You can do this by completing our online registration form.

Please remember to ensure that all the details you fill in are correct. This will help us to pay you promptly when you win!

You will need to select the currency you wish to manage your account in and the method of payment you will use to deposit funds in to your account.
The quickest and most convenient way to deposit is by : The minimum deposit for credit or debit card betting is only 2.00 GBP or the currency equivalent.

Your funds will be available as soon as authorisation is received from the credit card or debit card issuer. This usually takes a few seconds.
There are no setup charges and no monthly fees for maintaining your William Hill Internet account.
Other convenient methods of payment include : The minimum deposit required for these methods is 25.00 GBP or the currency equivalent. As soon as the funds have cleared they will be credited to your William Hill account.
Credit Card :
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard online.
  • The minimum deposit required is 2.00 GBP or currency equivalent.
  • The maximum deposit allowed is 10,000.00 GBP or the currency equivalent per day.

Debit Card :
We are currently accept Maestro, Solo, Delta and Irish Laser online.
  • The minimum deposit required is 2.00 GBP for Maestro, Solo and Delta, or the EUR currency equivalent for Irish Laser.
  • The maximum deposit allowed is 10,000.00 GBP for Maestro, Solo and Delta per day.
  • Irish Laser cards are limited to a maximum single transaction of 1300 EUR by the Laser scheme rules.

Bank Wire Transfer :
The minimum deposit required is 25.00 GBP or the currency equivalent. There are three methods of Bank Wire Transfer :
  • The Standard Bank Wire Transfer
    This take up to five working days to clear in to your William Hill account and will cost around 15.00 GBP per transaction (or currency equivalent).

  • The Urgent or Swift Bank Wire Transfer
    This takes three working days to clear in to your William Hill Account and will cost around 21.00 GBP per transaction (or currency equivalent).

  • The CHAPS (UK Customers only) Bank Wire Transfer
    This takes one working day to clear in to your William Hill account and will cost around 23.00 GBP per transaction.
When making a Bank Wire Transfer your bank will require you to fill in a form and enter the following details :
  • Beneficiary Name - this is William Hill Credit Internet.
  • Bank Name - this is National Westminster Bank.
  • Beneficiary Account - this is the Account Number relevant to the Currency that you have chosen.

  • Address of Bank - this is the address of the William Hill Bank :

  • Details / References - this is any details relevant to the Bank Wire Transfer. To speed up the transaction, please include your Name and William Hill account number in this section.
When you send your Bank Wire transfer please email us at customerservices@willhill.com to confirm the Transaction.

Any withdrawal from your William Hill account via Bank Wire Transfer will require the full details of your Bank Account to enable the transaction to be successful.

Withdrawal via Standard Bank Wire Transfer is free of charge.

If you have previously made deposits using a Credit or Debit Card you will need to have a zero balance in your William Hill Account before making a Bank Wire Transfer. Any balance will be paid back to the Card held in your Account and the Card details will be deleted.
Personal Cheque :
The minimum deposit required is 25.00 GBP or the currency equivalent.

Please make the cheque payable to : William Hill Credit Internet and write your name, account number and 'Internet' on the back of the cheque.

Please note that a Personal Cheque can take up to ten working days to clear in to your William Hill Account.
Western Union :
Simply bring your cash payment in local currency to a participating Western Union location. There are two steps that you should follow :

Step One :
Go to a local participating Western Union agent location. Use the Western Union Agent Locator to find your nearest location.

In order to deposit using Western Union, your account must be in one of the following five currencies: GBP, USD, EUR, HKD and SGD.

If your existing payment method is by Credit or Debit card, we will only credit a Western Union deposit to your betting account if your balance is zero and you have no unsettled bets. The card details stored in your account will also be deleted.

Step Two :
Request and fill out the Blue Form

You must request a Blue Form at the participating local Western Union location. This form may show words such as 'Payment Services' or 'Quick Pay' printed in the applicable local language. However, please note that all Quick Pay forms will be blue.

Once you have obtained the Blue Form from the Western Union Agent, you must fill out all appropriate information. In addition to the payment amount, it is required that you include the following items :

  • Name of our company
    William Hill Credit must be entered in the 'Company Name' line under the 'Pay To' section of the blue form. (see A)

  • Our company code
    This code must be entered in the 'Company Code' (B) line under the 'Pay To' section of the blue form. Please use the code assigned to the currency of your betting account :

  • Your account number with William Hill
    Your William Hill account number must be entered in the 'Account Number' (C) line under the 'Pay To' section of the blue form.

    Your 'First Name', 'Last Name', 'Address' and 'Phone Number' fields are also important.

    Once you have made the payment the Western Union Agent will issue a unique transaction identification number known as Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). This is your confirmation. Your payment will be credited to your betting account within 1 hour.
Fees :

As an introductory offer we will refund the fee that you pay at the Western Union office, provided that the deposit is over the following amount :

The fee will be added to your betting account. This offer will finish on the 21st April 2002.

How to receive a Quick Cash Western Union Withdrawal :

For information on withdrawing by Western Union please contact our customer services department on +44 (0) 870 6000 479 or at customerservices@willhill.com.

The relevant Western Union fee for sending the money will be deducted from the payment. The money will normally be available to collect on the working day after the request.
